Marina Abramovic: Transforming Energy

It's unlikely that anyone I know will be able to attend this one, but I thought it was too cool not to share. For the past decade, I have been recording personal English language audio guides for several museums in Shanghai, and I recently recorded a guide for a show at Modern Art Museum Shanghai that I wish I could attend! The groundbreaking artist Marina Abramovic has a new show Transforming Energy featuring photography from her 1988 walk across the Great Wall of China with German artist Ulay as well as a series of new works. It was a treat to walk through this exhibition virtually. If you are in Shanghai between now and February 28, 2025, check it out for me!
